WHAT: Rampart Casino executives will come together for a special champagne and cake-cutting ceremony to commemorate its 15-year anniversary on Friday, Oct. 10. Led by General Manager Michael Gaughan, Jr., the group will toast to the milestone by passing out flutes of champagne and pieces of cake to its guests and loyal players.
