LAS VEGAS – January 6, 2026 – Enjoy Wineaux Wednesdays and special menus at Hawthorn Grill, ai Pazzi Pizza, Earl Grey Cafe, and more to kick off 2026 at The Resort at Summerlin. Framed by Red Rock Canyon, The Resort at Summerlin has announced food and beverage specials and updated hours for the month of January.

ai Pazzi

  • ai Pazzi, an elevated Italian dining experience from acclaimed celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality Fabio Viviani, blends a refined and inviting atmosphere with a thoughtful menu of handmade pasta, fresh seafood, indulgent entrées, decadent desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.
  • ai Pazzi hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 5 p.m. to 10 p.m.

  • January specials include Personal Pizza and Beer Combo available for $18.
  • Holiday menu available through January 7, 2026, featuring seasonal pizzas, including Pizza Quattro Stagioni (Four Seasons Pizza) and Warm Pizza Caprese.

Nom Wah

  • Nom Wah, New York City’s first and oldest dim sum restaurant, brings its rich legacy and celebrated Cantonese flavors to the west coast, marking a major milestone in the brand’s 105-year journey. The century-old Nom Wah is revered for its authentic, Cantonese-style dim sum, big flavors, and signature dumpling.
  • Nom Wah hours of operation are Sunday through Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday through Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m.

 

Hawthorn Grill

  • Sunday Dinner Special – Served every Sunday from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $75 per person. The January menu includes a mouthwatering Prime Rib with Beef Jus, creamy Mashed Potatoes, Sauteed Mushrooms and Green Beans.
  • Daily breakfast featuring elevated twists on classic breakfast dishes with fresh, high-quality ingredients. Served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m., the Hawthorn Grill Breakfast Menu includes:
    • Avocado Toast with Two Sunny Eggs, Smashed Avocado, Pico de Gallo, Frisee, Radish, Heirloom Tomato, and Lime Vinaigrette on Multigrain Bread.
    •  Very Berry Crunch with Honey Vanilla Yogurt, Granola, and Berry Compote.
    • Traditional Eggs Benedict including two Poached Eggs, English Muffin, Canadian Bacon, Hollandaise, and Hash Browns.
    • Steak N’ Eggs including two Eggs any-style with a charbroiled 6oz. filet and Breakfast Potatoes.

  • Hawthorn Grill is currently open Sunday through Thursday, from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Friday and Saturday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. Breakfast will be served daily from 7 a.m. to 10 a.m.

 

Jade Asian Kitchen & Noodles

  • Happy Hour is served from 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

  • The Summerlin Room is open Monday through Saturday from noon to 8 p.m. and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. The Buffet is open Monday through Saturday from 2 p.m. to 7 p.m. and Sunday from noon to 7 p.m.
  • Summerlin, Premier and Elite Cards are required to enter.

 

Race and Sports Bar

  • Football specials are available every Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Thursday featuring $13 beer buckets (five beers).
