LAS VEGAS – August 26, 2025 – This fall, wine lovers will have a new reason to “uncork and unwind” in Las Vegas, as Wineaux, the sophisticated and playful wine market, bar, escape, and wine shopper’s paradise from James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and Master Sommelier Nick Hetzel, opens at JW Marriott Las Vegas Resort & Spa and Rampart Casino At The Resort At Summerlin.
Created by the nationally renowned team at McClain Camarota Hospitality Group, Wineaux is at once a social destination and wine lovers’ paradise. A thoughtfully selected and robust wine collection is the centerpiece, but what makes this lobby bar and lounge really come alive is the care, passion and knowledge of the team that guides guests as they fall in love with great wine, cocktails and perfectly paired bites.
From well-versed collectors to curious social sippers, Wineaux entices exploration within a personalized, fun and engaging experience, with a menu that invites guests to explore an expansive, interesting selection of wines, spot on cocktails and Mediterranean-driven small plates. The new destination is warm, vibrant and luxe, while maintaining the relaxed vibe the brand’s followers love.
