The Neighborhood Block Party will spotlight the full lineup of concepts inside The Neighborhood Food Hall, offering everything from handmade Italian favorites and fresh seafood to bold tacos, New York City dim sum, and smashburgers worth the hype. Chefs and culinary teams will be on site throughout the day, giving guests a chance to connect, ask questions, and get a preview of what’s ahead.

Completed in 2026 as part of the property’s $75 million renovation and revitalization, The Neighborhood Food Hall features a curated mix of celebrated chefs and standout regional favorites, including:

  • ai Pazzi – An elevated Italian dining experience from acclaimed celebrity chef, restaurateur, and television personality Fabio Viviani. ai Pazzi blends a refined and inviting atmosphere with a thoughtful menu of handmade pasta, fresh seafood, indulgent entrées, decadent desserts, and handcrafted cocktails.
  • ai Pazzi Pizza – ai Pazzi Pizza brings celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani’s authentic Italian craftsmanship to artisanal pizzas, in a vibrant counter-service setting. Each pizza celebrates traditional Italian flavors with innovative touches, from classic Margherita and Charred Pepperoni to signature creations like Sausage & Peppers and Fabio’s Meatball Pizza.
  • Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar – Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar, from celebrity Chef Fabio Viviani, brings the bold, briny spirit of the coast to the heart of the desert. Known for its freshly shucked oysters, buttery lobster rolls, and signature seafood boils, Pearls Oyster & Crudo Bar delivers elevated comfort food with a Vegas twist.
  • Nom Wah – New York City’s first and oldest dim sum restaurant, Nom Wah from Chef and OwnerWilson Tang, brings its rich legacy and celebrated Cantonese flavors to the west coast, marking a major milestone in the brand’s 105-year journey. Revered for its authentic, Cantonese-style dim sum, big flavors, and signature dumplings, Nom Wah is more than just food. The restaurant aims to embody the spirit of community, where families and friends gather around shared tables to enjoy delicious dishes, conversations, and connection.
  • Tacos 1986 – A Los Angeles institution since 2018, Tacos 1986, from Victor Delgado and Joy Alvarez, has built a devoted following by elevating the traditional Tijuana-style taco with hand-made corn tortillas, fresh ingredients, and bold flavors. The new Summerlin location will stay true to its roots with a counter service layout, recreating the sights, sounds, and aromas of a classic L.A. street-taco stand.
  • For The Win – A Southern California staple since 2020, For The Win has earned a devoted fanbase through its uncompromising focus on quality, simplicity, and craftsmanship. A mirror of the popular Los Angeles restaurant from Chef Santos Uy, For The Win’s signature smash burger features a high-quality patty smashed thin with grilled onions, topped with pickles and the restaurant’s signature fry sauce, all served on a toasted Martin’s potato bun. Each burger is built on technique and timing, resulting in a flavor-packed, highly craveable, and authentically elevated take on the classic American burger.

In addition, Neighborhood Block Party guests are invited to an exclusive wine tasting station at Wineaux, the property’s new lobby bar and lounge from James Beard Award winner Shawn McClain and master sommelier Nick Hetzel. A sophisticated and playful wine market, full bar, escape, and wine shopper’s paradise, Wineaux is at once a social destination and wine lovers’ paradise. A thoughtfully selected and robust wine collection is the centerpiece, but what makes this lobby bar and lounge really come alive is the care, passion and knowledge of the team that guides guests as they fall in love with great wine, cocktails and perfectly paired bites.
