The award-winning resort, framed by Red Rock Canyon, has announced food and beverage specials, spa offerings, and updated hours for the month of April.

Hawthorn Grill

  • Three-Course Easter Dinner – Served Sunday, April 20, 2025 from 4 p.m. to 9 p.m. for $95 per person.
    • Appetizer choice of:
      • Smoked Salmon with Pomme Paillasson, Baked Lemon Vinaigrette, and Caviar.
      • English Pea with King Crab Salad and Minted Pea Puree.
    • Entrée choice of:
      • Branzino with Orzo Risotto, Chorizo-Mussel Bouillabaisse Jus.
      • Lamb Shank with Creamy Polenta, Braising Jus, and Gremolata.
    • Dessert
      • Carrot Cake Trifle w/ Cheesecake Mousse.

Updated Spa Aquae hours

Spa Aquae will operate throughout the renovation, with select dark hours throughout. Updated hours of operation are Monday through Friday from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. and Saturday through Sunday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. All spa, salon and barber treatments and services are still available during this time, with aquatic spa amenities temporarily unavailable.

 

April Pool Hours & Offers

The resort pool is now open daily from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. The pool is free for hotel guests. For non-hotel guests, access is available for a nominal fee. Click here for details. The pool offers comfortable lounge chairs, towels and poolside dining at Waterside Café from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

 

Poolside standard and grand cabanas are also available to guests visiting this season. A standard cabana includes a television, mini refrigerator with water, plush seating and a designated cocktail server. Each cabana offers space for a maximum of six guests.
